What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 12:00 Noon.
Is early check-in available?
Early check-in may be accommodated subject to room availability.
Is late check-out available?
Late check-out may be possible subject to room availability and applicable conditions.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is included with the current room plan.
Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM.
Is parking available?
Yes. United Regency has its own parking facility.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests.
Is laundry service available?
Yes. Paid laundry service is available. Laundry should preferably be provided one day in advance.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted.
Is smoking allowed?
United Regency follows a no-smoking policy.
What is the child policy?
Children between 6 and 12 years are chargeable.
Guests above 12 years are considered adults.
Extra beds are available at an additional charge.
What ID is required for check-in?
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Accepted documents include:
- Aadhaar
- Driving Licence
- Passport and valid Visa for foreign nationals
OCI/OCA-related documentation, where applicable, will be handled as per prevailing guest-registration requirements.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings can be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
During peak seasons or special-event periods, stricter cancellation conditions may apply, including an advance cancellation requirement of up to 15 days.
Guests are advised to confirm the applicable cancellation terms while making the reservation.
What happens in case of a no-show?
A no-show policy applies.
The applicable charge will depend on the reservation terms confirmed at the time of booking.
